Refund / Return

General Policy:

 Double Comma Vapes cannot refund or take returns on any products which have been opened or damaged during transit.  

Exceptions:

If we make a mistake on your order, meaning we sent you the wrong flavor or nicotine level, do not open the product.  Call or email us and we will gladly send you the correct Vape Juice and remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

Damaged Products:

Vape Juice damaged during transit is out of our control.  We package our premium juice with care to ensure it arrives ready to vape.  If your E-Juice is damaged during transit, please take pictures immediately and report it to the corresponding courier.
